The audience showed interest in how the bird moved. The aesthetics were satisfactory and many enjoyed the detailed plumage of the bird.

We designed a device from which to hang the bird that would also allow the bird's wings to rotate in a circular pattern. We used many recycled materials. Much brainstorming went into the design and mechanics of the bird before the actual building process began.
